This study examined Lourdes College graduates’ college education and employability skills. Participants were graduates of four-year degree programs from 2009 to 2011. Employability skills included fundamental skills, personal management skills, and teamwork skills. Questionnaires were used for data gathering. Findings revealed that the graduates were highly employable and rated their college education as good. Their employability skills were rated good by both the graduates and their employers. The graduates’ academic program, place of origin, waiting time for employment, and length of service in their present job were not significantly related to their evaluation of college education. Their academic program and place of origin were also not significant to their employability skills. However, waiting time for employment and length of service were significant to employability skills. Overall, the study found that Lourdes College education contributed greatly to the employability of its graduates.
