This study utilized the descriptive research design to determine the relationship between the spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of 34 teachers of a Catholic school. Purposive sampling was used. Spiritual intelligence Self-Report Inventory-2 and Job Satisfaction Survey were the tools used for the data gathering. Data analysis and interpretation were done using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results revealed that the teachers had fair level of spiritual intelligence and slight level of job satisfaction. Significant positive relationship was found between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction, that is, the higher the spiritual intelligence of the teachers is, the higher also their satisfaction with their job is, too.
